I founded Michigan G.R.and.M.A, LLC in the Fall of 2021, motivated by my personal experience caring for my grandmother alongside my family. With nearly a decade of experience across various senior living sectors, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and hospice, I recognized the need for a dedicated consulting service to assist families in navigating the complexities of senior care.
Throughout my career, I have successfully guided over 1,500 families in finding the most suitable community for their loved ones. My mission is to empower families with the knowledge and resources necessary to make informed decisions, ultimately restoring peace and balance to their lives during what can often be a challenging transition.

We take the time to listen and truly understand your family’s situation, preferences, and care requirements. With our personalized process, most families are able to make a confident decision within just a few days to a week. Our deep community connections and strong relationships with trusted care providers help us match families with placements that are both appropriate and compassionate.
But our role doesn’t stop at recommendations. We conduct an in-depth care assessment to ensure your loved one receives the right level of care. We want you to feel confident that you’re not overpaying for services you don’t need, or missing essential support.
From the first call to the final transition, we’re here for you. We stay in touch to help ease your stress, answer questions, and ensure your loved one thrives in their new environment.
